Want to get some Me-Time into your day and feel better in your body?

I'm going to show you some easy techniques to feel good and get ready for birth.
 
And also a FREE copy of my Habit Tracker PDF so you can commit to putting time aside for yourself.

It just takes 15 to 20 minutes each day.
A short time that's all about you and making you feel good.
Each day I will have something new for you to try.
  • Day 1 Breathing technique to help to get space back in your rib cage.
  • Day 2 A visualisation to help you if you need to change locations when birthing your baby (home to hospital)
  • Day 3 A yoga pose to reset your posture, especially if you're working from home.
  • Day 4 A meditation for pregnancy with some movement to open your shoulders.
  • Day 5 A bit of self care, a facial massage and some breathing techniques to show you how to release your jaw.
You won't need anything. Just to be somewhere that you feel comfortable sitting for 15 to 20 minutes.
You'll get access to the first video immediately on sign up. And then each day (24 hours later) when you sign in the next video will be ready for you.
