Hi I'm Elaine,

I'm incredibly passionate about teaching post-natal yoga. It's so important to look after yourself when you have birthed your baby.

When you birth your little one, you give birth to two new people. Your baby and you as a mother. It's so important at that time in your life to have support. To look after yourself as you care for your little one.

I loved the post natal classes that I attended with my daughter. And I also loved the ones that were just for me. 

It can be hard to find someone to mind your little one when you want to go and get some exercise and that's why I run my classes online. You can watch live with baby either asleep or on the mat. And you can playback the class if you miss it.

I want more women to feel empowered and confident after they have birthed their baby. To bring gentle and kind movement back into their lives.

So look after yourself. You've just grown and birthed a human!
